Followers and Work Orders in Garrisons

I was looking for similar question but couldn't find it, even in the sticky guide. (sorry Denizly...)

I'm not sure if someone tried it.
Do level 100 followers have better chance for additional items from Work Orders? It does matter if they're epic or rare?

Follower quality only affects the number of abilities and traits they have. It doesn't affect anything else.

I read some threads, people are saying that level of the followers is affecting work orders(level 100 - best chance for bonuses).
