hi,

I want to track the cooldown of the 2pc setbonus, which grants a stack of starsurge when entangling roots breaks, using Weakauras.

It was recently hotfixed to 15 seconds and I tried some approaches but none worked.

can somebody please help?

i mean you could always do like some simple after roots breaks do 15sec countdown, but it wouldnt work if you rooted someone else ofc
