If we swap between specs depending on fight, which enchants would be best?

What I'm asking is with MM and SV being so close and each spec seeming to be better on a specific fight, what would the best enchants be? Obviously right now running all crit since I was MM but I am going to move more towards swapping between MM and SV now that both are good. Should I go all multistrike enchants? Would that be best?

MS would be the way to go. Crit is meh for Surv.

MS is actually best for MM under certain talents too. Crit is best if you use TotH, but with Steady Focus multi is better.

Incidentally, BM is now very close to the other two as well, and it uses multi too.
