My opener: pre pot 3 seconds before the pull-> inci with travel time -> immo ->cds -> 2x conflag -> 4x inci ->2xcb ->immolate, 2xincin, conflag, 1 or 2xincin, 3rd CB
That's what I do and it allows me to get 3x CB, 8 incin and 3 conflag during the 20 seconds of CD"s uptime.

This is somewhat dependent on crit RNG - sometimes you can't get 3 and there's nothing you can do about it - but it's pretty much correct. You can also delay CDs until after the conflags if you're using an on-use trinket but that's a minor optimization.
