    Pixelated text/UI

I just built my computer a few days a go and just finished downloading WoW. Finished downloading some addons and logged in to WoW however I ran into a problem where my UI looks pixelated as hell. I went from using a 13" macbook to a 20" 1600 x 900 monitor. I copied my WTF folder from my macbook so that might be contributing to the problem but I haven't tried logging in with a fresh WTF folder. The game looks fine but my only problem is the addons are so pixelated which annoys the hell out of me.

I have some screenshots but apparently I can't post any links in here yet...

I think posting the screen shots would help a lot of people to decide what your problem is. You can post links by replacing '.' with '(dot)' for example. imgur(dot)com. Even though it won't actually link people will be able to copy them and then see what the problem looks like.

Have you tried going into the settings and checking that you are set at the correct resolution? If that is right, check for the UI Scale option, and see if turning that off (or on, or adjusting the slider) fixes it.

Alternately, delete your `config.wtf` file and all the graphics settings will be reset to default.

As you can see, bartender and the text on the names are pixelated right now even though the game itself looks fine. I have tried adjusting the UI scale but it did not really changed a thing.

I think thats more an issue with bartenders text size then an issue with the wow settings overall. I find it does that in elvui as well, if you set the font either too big or too small. (Or dont have an outline it sometimes does the same)

that is the font settings within your unit frames addon.

Go into your addon settings for your unit frames, and adjust your fonts till they look correct, you may even have to change the font for it.

This is because you have the font outline set to monochrome while using a non-pixel font. Go into the settings for your unitframes and set the outline to just "outline" or change the font to one that looks better with monochrome outlining.

An example for a string based unit frame layout using monochrome font settings:
