Conquest points in PvP strongboxes

How often can you get conquest points from PvP strongboxes? I'm talking about these: http://www.wowhead.com/item=111598/g...#reward-from-q (Bronze, silver and gold strongboxes).

Can you actually get a lot of CP just from doing random battlegrounds?

In my battleground Horde wins every BG frequently except IoQ and AV that they almost always lose.

Does horde even win these 2 BGs these days? Im in EU region as well, yet to experience a win since MOP.

If yes, then How?? For IoC, the only chance of horde winning Is if 2-5 people successfully destroy glaives.. and as I said - that just increases the chance of a win, not guarantee it.

Never have received CP from them just gold, honor, and 600-620 PVO gear.
