I was wondering is there any addon that you guys can think of that I can make my buffs / debuffs look as nice as this? With the exact second, and unique sizing on buffs depending which one; likewise with debuffs?

Also; Is there any addon possible to put a spell off on its own so you see when it comes off CD instantly, so near buffs/debuffs or your HP bar?
