To be fair Horridon did get hit pretty hard with the nerfbat

the boss felt really obnoxious

it just seems ... eh more annoying than fun for most of the encounter. not even challenging, just annoying. it's abilities screw over so many specs for no reason other than the fact they are obnoxious

You guys realize this is the 2nd boss out of 13 total bosses. Blizzard knows how to make difficulty ramp up like in siege, the 2nd boss isn't supposed to be even close to hard.

Don't expect anything other than faceroll bosses until 6-7/13 bosses in.
