DBM problem

My guild master is having some issues due to dbm. She didn't change any setting, but she say that dbm is showing raid players cd other than the boss ones. The result is a list of bars containing skills such as "random boss skill", but also "shadowfiend" from the shadowpriest, "fire elemental totem" from the shaman, etc etc. Any solutions?

Tell them to simply re-install it, and delete her current settings for it. Not much to set up besides bar position, shouldn't be much bother.
