Blizzard fall over dead?

Can't get the website, Battle.net or the game to load up. Everything else on my PC seems to be working fine o.O

I've been getting d/cd randomly from the b.net launcher, hearthstone and diablo 3. The website works sometimes though. Didn't happen to my friend i was playing with so i dunno what's going on.

I was playing fine fore about an hour and half and then it just died, actually thought it was my net but apparently not because everything else is working.
