It's pretty clear and easy question.

Garrison Hearthstone.

It makes setting your regular HS to Ashran redundant. I still have HS in Shrine on all my characters (from where I can teleport to any major city in the old content). Ashran portal is on the upper floor in my garrison watchtower.

Aviana's Feather comes in at second place, but not for very long I guess (flying patch inc)

As for the empowered augment rune, I'm not 100% sure on that. On my realm (high pop PvE with loads of progression guilds) the price of an augment rune reached the vendor price almost (about 5 gold each). It's so low that I'm vendoring my augnent runes from missions because of the AH deposit costs. The permanent one requires a rep grind and costs as much as 1000 regular runes. Think twice before buying this on your alts because chances are, you won't even use 1000 augment runes in casual pugs and alt farm runs.
