Unholy opener with 4 piece

I'm finding myself completely out of resources within first minute of a fight. Struggling to get off enough DCs to dark transformation ghoul then hit gargoyle... Been using ERW and hitting FS as it gives the most tunic pier per use. What is the correct opener now?

Army + early DnD and spending first set of runes gives you enough rp for DT.

My issue is if the legendary ring is being used on the pull do we just pop gargoyle on the pull rather than wait for dark transformation?

Instantly use Garg. You woudl already lose a bit of pot duration for a bit higher 4set uptime and you would also use extra damage from the rign so delaying it for a few seconds is surely not worth it just for crazed monstrosity.
