Do Zandalari trolls look alien like?

I was leveling one of my many alts through pandaria and something hit me.

Even though we know them to be the most ancient race in Azeroth, is there any lore indicating they might actually have come to Azeroth from somewhere else?

They look alien in nature, almost mystic not unlike the Draenei. I realize they did not always look like they did in MOP but from wowpedia:

"Their newest appearance has them standing upright with a gray skin and glowing eyes. This new design is how Blizzard always envisioned them"

My thought: Magic. An humongous amount of arcane mutation like the Nightborne.

They look like unhunched trolls. You're so used to seeing Trolls hunched over that its become ingrained into your brain

Mind you, on Azeroth Humans are derived from robots built by aliens. Trolls are your baseline.

Trolls are native to Azeroth,as are the Tauren.
