WoW Legion Artifact Unlocking?

Simple question for anyone / everyone who has beta access:

Did you unlock all three of your artifact weapons, and if so, how and when?

I am currently "pretty far" into the campaign, and I haven't been able to unlock my third artifact weapon yet. I have a feeling that this is a bug, and I'm not sure what I am supposed to do to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As for me, I could unlock my second artifact as soon as I got to lvl 102. After that quest chain I could immediately pick up the third one from Calydus who's right next to the weapon forge. This is as of the current build at least.

Calydus apparently isn't where he should be for me. Hard to know, since him not being there isn't something you notice if you don't know he should be there Thanks for the info, I'll see if I can force him to appear somehow.
