execute with carnage

please correct me if I am wrong for the execute phase rotation with carnage.

The only time you use execute is if you are enraged and if you are not do normal rotation unit enraged or you have enough rage for rampage.

On a side note is Anger management ability because I do not see it any where in my spell book

Should ask questions about Fury rotation in the Fury thread.

Anger Management is level 100 talent for Arms and Prot only, Fury doesn't have it.
