Not sure if it's something I missed since I was away from the game for almost a year but did they change/adjust the respawn/repop timers on the Mines and Herb Gardens? I thought in the past it was just the dailies reset time (around 6am CST or so) that caused nodes and herbs to regrow. Just curious if I've got a bug going on or just impatient (which wouldn't shock me).
