Fury Vs Arms in PVE (HIGH ILVL)

So has anyone tried
Arms with higher ilvls? like lets say 870ish + ?
Im just curious wich spec would be better for late game beetwen Arms and fury me personally.
Im gonna asume fury but ive heard some people saying arms is doing pretty well.

Personally I wouldn't worry much. Blizz is not afraid to do massive buffs/nerfs if something is out of line. Three weeks into Highmaul, Gladiator was nerfed heavily and Demonology received a huge mastery buff. A few weeks into Foundry, Demonbolt was nerfed hard. Happened again in early HFC when Demo got dumpstered by a flat 25% dmg reduction on pretty much everything. With artifacts being designed as a heavy commitment, it wouldn't surprise me if they will adjust the outlier specs 2-3 weeks after the raids open.
