Outrider's Plate Legguards not obtainable anymore?

So im looking for these plate pants sold by Kelm Hargunth in the Barrens.

I know im pretty much in the right spot but the vendor seem to be missing. Tried som googling but didnt find anything particularly helpful.

So is he removed or just missing cause of the invasion?

"Post Cataclysm this NPC is still at Mor'Shan Base Camp.

If you look at your map, there is a flight path icon at Mor'Shan Rampart but that is not where to go. The Base Camp is to the south of Mor'Shan Rampart. If you are traveling north on the main road toward Mor'Shan Rampart, the entrance to the base camp is on your left, look for the two red horde flags.

Follow the path to the top and you will come to the entrance to Warsong Gulch BG. Kelm Kargunth is just to the right of the entrance to WSG."

It can take a while before zones fully refresh after finishing an invasion. Had to wait a few minutes to get a flightmaster to spawn after finishing an invasion on a low level character.

Logged in right now and he was right in front of me but despawned once the invasion "zoned" in...guess ill have to wait
