Any reason to main a Demon Hunter?

Demon Hunter doesn't feel like WotLK's DK.
It is more like Monk without healing.

Do we have a guess which class has the highest dps?

Without double jump, other classes will have an annoying time during leveling.

You're obviously not a cutting edge min-max raider - the ONLY place where sim DPS actually matters - because you are asking this question.

So the answer for you is: you should play it, or not play it, whether or not you find it fun to do so.

My leveling experience was just fine thanks. Both as a DH on the beta and as a rogue on the live servers

Yeah, the reason is because you like the class.

FOTM rerolling, outside of bleeding edge mythic raiders who are required to to keep their raid spot, is for losers.

While gliding you get a movement speed increase of about 50% so if you spam jump and glide while moving you move a lot faster than others. You can keep up with Ghost Wolf form for example.

my reason for swapping to demon hunter is simply i wasn't having fun with regular hunter at 110, whereas i was having lots of fun with demon hunter at 110.

Its fun and it is very good. Granted I'm only leveling but both dungeons I've done I've topped meters. Just did Wrath of Azshara and I was wrecking people. Did 20k+ more then a Mage who was two levels higher then me.
