Fire mage help

im having trouble with my mage and im trying to fix him here is my wow armory wydell on Sargeras realm
my mage is item level 844 with a artifact of 873 i can pull 140k -150k dps on burst i can do more but i cant substain high dps. what am i doing wrong on my mage is it i dont have alot of artifacts? is the tree wrong? is it my gear ? any help would be great to fix him

You're doing something horribly wrong if your burst is only 150k. If you can please write down your rotation or better yet post some logs.
