Survival Buff

So for a week now they have been showing us this buff to flanking strike they are going to add and the night before they remove that from the hotfix notes and scrap it, what the hell is up with that?

I think they regret survival in general lol.. should never have made a melee spec, they don't know what to do

The change is still going to happen, the latest hotfix they showed is for stuff they decided to rollback or alter from the Sep. 23rd Hotfix (Edit: And other new fixes)

Think that Fury of the Eagle will be fixed? I went from at or near the top of damage meters to the bottom. I was having a lot of fun with this spec and I don't want to switch but if I have to to be helpful...I'd rather not tho.

Personally? They know they broke the skill and might repair it this next restart without acknowledging it on the hotfixes. If not, it's just stupid on their part to change something that made a spec even more clunky than before...

I think US servers already went through maintenance? If so, can someone tell me if Fury of the Eagle is still the same? (EU here, our restart is only tomorrow at 4AM or so)

I still see it in the hotfix notes of today... Don't know where you are looking at, but it's not the official forum or site.

I don't see the changes on Flanking Strike reflected on the tooltip. Can anyone confirmed that it is indeed buffed? Or am I blind.

I think they have to remove raptor strike its rly useless without the talent even with the talent dmg is too low.

Indeed buffed. Flanking strike was my 3rd highest damage producer behind mongoose bite and explosive trap.

Ah, OK. That's good to hear. I was worried because the tooltip stayed the same for me. I'll have to log on when I can to check it out.

Sometimes tooltips reque patch to be changed
Thats why you seee crazy numbers in first PTR patch notes blizzard just apply the tooltip fixes but never mentoed that in the notes itself

Fury of the Eagle is not fixed. In the U.S. Battle.net wow forums for hunters, there has been someone saying that it was intended. But this source may not be reliable due to them saying this was from a "Brazilian GM". I think that person may be upset too, and said that to joke around about how hunters (survival in particular) are not getting any love from Blizzard developers.
