Title, pretty much. I know they changed this up a bit a few patches ago, and I can't remember where they left things off.

I've done a bit of testing, and so far haven't seen them proc at the same time, and haven't seen them proc less than 30 seconds apart from each other. Unsure if that's luck or intended.
