Hey everyone. After the buffs yesterday has anyone attempted to raid and compete as frost?
I am looking for correct information on stat weights/artifact traits etc to be optimal. Alter-time doesn't have too much information and I have been warned about icy-veins site.

I noticed Ebonbolt isn't mentioned at all on Icy Veins. Which seemed ironic.

I'm usually sceptical of Icy Veins too, but that Frost guide is written by a fairly well renowned good player, Furty, and it all seems fairly intuitive; so unless you know you know your way around simulationcraft in terms of making up APLs and stuff, it makes sense so should be okay.
