Hard to tell but it looks like wrath plate shoulders, like the quest blue or dungeon blues.

It's one of the Death Knight PvP set from Cataclysm.

The weapon seems to be the Vicious Decapitator.

the shoulders are Dk pvp shoulders from cataclysm, gunna go find the wep quick, its a 2 handed pvp axe one sec
