Outlaw Stat Priority/%

After reading and reviewing multiple websites, and some forums I could use some help on the stat priorities. I see that most consistently Versatility is 2nd, but I don't ever seem to get much on gear I get. Is it truly important, and at what % should I be? Also then what is the next stat? My ilvl is 849 and versatility is only sitting at 12% where as Crit or Mastery is 30%+. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

What kind of suggestions do you expect? If you can get more versatility, get it. But since gearing is a random process, there is no simple answer how to gear.
However, if you truly wish to optimize your character, don't just rely on static recommendations from guides and website, learn to sim your char and use that knowledge.
