Finding a mythic raiding guild as a healer priest

We are the only class who has two healing specs , this is confusing because most guilds dont ask about specific spec but rather they say we need a priest healer , so whats your success with finding guilds as holy and as disc right now? which one is more popular? when a guild ask for a healer priest is it by default a holy priest or both?

Disc: raid healer
Holy: spot healer

If a guild wants to know which one to pick, they need to look at what they already have and decide which spec they actually need. Throwing a holy priest into a healing comp with all spot healers is a bad idea, and the same goes for throwing disc into a healing comp with too many raid healers. You need proper balance.

If a guild just says Priest healer and you don't know which, why don't you just ask them? IF you ask them and they still don't know what you mean or what they want, might not be a very good guild. I'd consider that a red flag.
