    Frost DPS 7.1 - simc balancing to ingame numbers

    FP and Paw overrides:

    override.spell_data=effect.287339.ap_coefficient=0.58

    First one goes into Overrides tab.
    Second one -> import your char and then replace the actions.core list with the one I provided.

    FP was only main hand swings? This is change in game, or just reflective in SimC? I apologize if the question is silly, it's been a slow day at work.

    FP showed too high numbers. After some testing based on Recount logs, Recount wrongly showed it only procing of main-hand. So it got changed in simc. But this was wrong, as it procs from main- and off-hand (warcraftlogs and combatlog).

    Problem is, now, after that change got reverted, we again have the problem that simc overvalues FP. For OB+RA rotation it shows around 15% but ingame it's only about 12,5%.

    That's why I use the override from post#1.

    New core APL in post #1. Adds ~3k DPS for me with current simc nightly.
