What classes are currently being buffed the be better than they are on the PTR?

Looking through various threads and forums it seems all classes are complaining their class is getting nerf'd. Some more than other but it seems to be every class is receiving some kind of nerf.

I play a mage and we're getting nerfed heavily, everyone thought arcane was going to be the best and now that just received a nerf too.

So what classes are actually receiving buffs this in 7.1.5 and will it make them the best/viable to play?

No one has their spells worked out yet, just mechanics and talents.

You'll find at least a couple people of every single class won't be happy with every single change to their class
Then they make out it's the end of the world. No class will be nerfed to the ground to the point it won't ever be viable.
