play outlaw for mythic+

I got the leggy cloak and not even with that does assa outshine outlaw. Outlaw is just the easiest and overall best spec for mythic+. Sure, when mobs do get a lot more of hp assa becomes more competitive(and ofc if you have an affix where AOE dmg is deadly), but it still is quite harder to play (or better said: easier to fuck up). Overall I didn't do more DPS with playing assa with the cloak, even though it was harder to play it.

Overall, even in raids and on mainly ST fights assa didn't feel that much better for me than most people on this sub-forum tell. Doesn't matter if assa or outlaw, on a ST boss fight DPS is pretty much* the same (yes outlaw is extremely rng dependent, but after a ~10min fight numbers even out nonetheless) and 0n AOE heavy fights(most bosses in NH?) outlaw is simply the better choice (at least for pugs; ofc if you are in a guild or a more friendly environment, you can just play as assa and mainly focus on the boss, while others handle trash)

* meaning the difference isn't really noticeable
