WeakAura - Dynamic Group Priority Rotation

Been messing around with a rotation priority and ran across an issue. I've searched and searched and searched but cannot figure this out...

I want my icon, say Bloodthirst, to show if it will be off cooldown by the time the GCD is finished. I know I can set the remaining time to something like < 1.5 seconds or whatever my current GCD is, but that creates another issue.

Example:
My aura is set to show Bloodthirst when it has < 1 second left
Bloodthirst has 1 second left on cooldown
Current **remaining** GCD is say .5 seconds

The icon will show up even though the GCD is finished and it's showing me an ability I can't cast for the next .5 seconds. I guess I'm looking for a trigger to check the current GCD, compared it to the remaining CD of an ability, and either show the icon or move down the list to the next skill in my dynamic group.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Seems like this can be done somehow - I know Hekili has some predictive qualities.
