Bad droprate for 36 slot bag Hearthstone Event

i'm hearing that once you've acquired all the items (other than the bag), the bag drop rate goes super low.

no idea if that's true, but in my anecdotal experience it is. got all items, other than the bag, within the first couple days. since then i get only a gray card and maybe a sarge. probably 8-10 sarges.

You are really NOT supposed to get repeats...bruh.
Did you /use the pet?

This is really weird

The pet definately drops again even if you learned it and already got 5 of in your bags.

The cards don't drop multiples.
