diseases IT/PS, obliterate x3, frost strike as much as you can, and howling blast when proc. Actually im not sure if you have HB at that level, but the rest still stands. Originally Posted by Trackz

As DW frost DK I don´t use or spec for Oblit. Just 4x Howling Blast + 2 Necrotic Strike.. Frost Strike for RP use and on KM proc. I also only use outbreak to apply diseases, when it is on CD frost fever is applied through HB and Chains. I never use Plague Strike. I use UH pres ofcourse. Razorice on MH and Fallen Crusader on OH
At 85:
I gem for 195 spell pene (incl cloak enchant), then strength + resi. Reforge everything to mastery.

The guy is level 70, so no Necrotic Strike...
