Background

Temperature is a newly transferred guild to Grim Batol and we are looking for good quality raiders to fill our ranks to progress through Firelands Heroic and beyond. We are a 10 man guild that has been together for 2 years now and we have always been working hard together to beat the challenges that are presented to us. Many people from our raid team have been playing and raiding in WoW for many years now so we are all experienced people and know how to get the job done. Our loot system of choice for raiding is currently Suicide Kings, new raiders that enter the guild will be automatically added to the bottom of the list.

Our Mission

Our goal as a guild is to provide a group of people that are skilled and knowledgable about their classes, the bosses and the game in general. We will use these skills and knowledge to work hard on the bosses to kill them and begin heroic modes as fast as possible because we strive to be recognised as a top guild on this server when it comes to raiding but we also are very open to social members that are interested in joining as well as PvP'rs. We already have some members of our guild that are very big into PvP arenas, RBG and Battlegrounds.

Raiding Schedule

We currently raid 3 days per week and all times are the same and set as server time (GMT +1). We do sometimes add an additional raiding day to our schedule to meet progression needs on new content which is usually on Sundays.

Monday: 19:45 - 23:00
Wednesday: 19:45 - 23:00
Thursday: 19:45 - 23:00

Raiders are required to sign up for all 3 raids per week and when it comes to 4 raiding days per week on new content, they are required to sign for 3 out of 4 raids per week. Invites go out at 19:45 and by this time raiders are expected to be outside the chosen raid destination with all the supplies you need for said raid which include flasks, potions, food and in some cases a specific talent spec. If you are on waiting list for a raid then that means you have to be readily available to enter the raid if needed. You can be avaiable by being one of your characters (make the raid leader aware of which) or you can be offline if you choose but be on Ventrilo.

We may consider applications from classes/specs that are not mentioned here but these applicatants have to be exceptional but we are currently not recruting melee DPS at all.
