That's my most recent parse, I had recently got the trinket from h rag and the 2nd step in the legendary quest line.
My question is, what's the usual dps gain going from the 2nd tier legendary to the actual legendary?

More than 10%, considering 10% is the chance to proc the weapon and you will also gain alot of stats with the actual Legendary.

I don't want to say anything "consistent" but you can probably pull off around 45k with it. Considering you already ranked 32 without it.
