    Bad PC speakers

    I have these speakers...

They've served me well for about 8 months, but recently I have been having problems with them, the sound is muddy, would go in and out and would make popping and buzzing sounds.
My default monitor speakers work fine so I don't think there is a problem with my PC, I think they're just crappy 20 dollar speakers, though dying in less than a year is a bit rediculous.

I'm asking for suggestions for new PC speakers, these old ones came with a subwoofer and I really liked the sound that came from them.
Not looking at anything over 30-40 bucks though.

    Thanks!

Anything Logitech is usually pretty solid. I've used one of their 5.1 systems for almost 8 years and it still works flawlessly.

    Try this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16836121014
    Intel i7 2600k @ 4.6ghz | Corsair H70 | SLI GTX580 @ 850 Core | OCZ Vertex 2 90GB (Boot)
    G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB RAM @ 1800mhz 8-9-8-24

I was looking at that, looks nice, cheap, free shipping, and a mic.

    I'm using these:

    And they're fantastic.
