To be fair, when did Undead learn to be Monks? After MoP... thus Pandas could just as easily learn to be Druids. It's no more unreasonable.

Assuming it isn't much more complex to learn to be a druid. Or maybe all undead monks were pandas in life, they just lost some weight.
