Death / Ghost screen effects help.

I've noticed on some streams that when they wipe, their death screen isn't all ghostly and blue / gray -ish, but instead the regular colors that you see when you're alive. I've looked through the game options, and tried looking for an addon, but to no avail. Anyone able to lend a hand ? :>

Hmm, good question... I actually have no idea where that option went. I'm sure there was one, since I remember toggling it off at some point in time.
