Ok so I've had Insane in the membrane for a while now but for some weeks ago I decided to go for The loremaster and as I stopped my Bloodsail rep exactly over honored I'm a bit scared of the fact that I will lose rep with Bloodsail and if so can that ruin my Insane title?

I believe once you are awarded the achievement & title you will keep them forever.

You will never lose your title, if you've already obtained it.
So the only thing you can ruin is your friendship with the pirates

Phew cheers. Told myself that it'd be freaking lame if you'd lose such a title but always nice to hear others out to strenghten my thought.

obv when I made some of those quests and suddenly went to friendly with them rofl.
