Simply stating that you are worried that with the kind of accusations she is leveling against so many people you cannot work around her. Soon they will either have to make her work alone (problem solved) or they will have to get rid of her (problem solved) or she will stop making complaints (problem not solved but then you follow her home and beat her with a sock that has soap in it...then problem solved)

If they fire you they would have a hell of a tribunal case.

If you work in a large company, go above the boss to the bosses boss and explain the situation, bringing up the other long standing workers, who have also been accused.

Honestly dude just keep your cool and don't panic, all you have to do is tell your administration what happened. Maybe show them the shirt (as long as it's not actually really crude) so they can see that it was harmless.

If the lady really complains about a lot of things then the administration will probably be on your side ;P

My brother had something similar. A bit worse.
Some new girl was being trained by him. She asked to be taken on a delivery to see what it was like.
When they returned they did closing procedures and went home. Later (tho I'm not are how later..that day or next few days)
He was talked to at work by the police. She reported he raped her on the delivery run.
My brother of corse disputed the case. It was later found out thru investigation she was doing this often.
She would go after business and claim sexual harassment or rape. sue and take a load of cash. My brother was her 12th case in only a few years (or so he said he was told).
She was probably going for small business since they can't afford the defence? Idk. He worked for a family owned place.
It got tossed out and her massive amount of claims in a short time probably didn't help her.

Think of the chaos that happened from that tho. Family thinking he did that, his fiance thinking he did it, his job fired him afterwards, he could have been put on the sex offenders list for nothing. All because this girl was greedy.

Here's what ya have ta do: Get her name, get her picture, do a google search on both the name and the picture, play cluedo with all the sites and pictures, then announce to the entire company that she's been in more than one porn movie. (If I remember correctly, 17 is too young for that stuff)

While I met my fiance when she was in braces and had glasses and she had a few acne scars, she cleaned up her face, got the braces removed, and got eye surgery and now...well she is posing for a few beauty magazines in the winter O.O. I dated her cause I enjoyed her personality and she made me laugh and best of all....SHE COULD TAKE A JOKE!!!

Listen, I'm all for equality in the work place, I know whats appropriate and not to say around customers. I dressed casually, and I had my coat on over my T-shirt except for the front part with the Han Jobs part. I've also had a conversation or two with this girl, she's watched family guy, she knows who peter griffen is. If I'm telling a joke thats in any way risky or not PC, I tell it in the break room, at a table with my friends, making sure no one is around. Like I said, I support Equality and such, I dont believe women should make any less money than I do for the same amount of work. However when you start taking offense to every single little tiny thing from an employee wearing a T-shirt on his day off picking up his paycheck only staying for like 2 mins to say hi to his managers, then you have to admit "Im a special little flower, I want to be treated special, JUST PAID EQUALLY!"

It's people like her, IMO that set back equal rights in the workplace back 3 or 4 steps asking for special treatment.

What does she do in your work place? Is this just being taught the basics of the place or does she run something (check out etc)? I know here in Australia, you can go into your work place with whatever you want to wear. Hell, I've rocked up wearing a singlet and thongs. Afternoon before our Christmas party, I came dressed as a chick. I've never heard any complaints about it, managers found it funny as hell (seriously, the female manager kept playing with my wig and saying she wants to make a pony tail out of it).

This girl sounds like she just wants a top shit position and she is targetting anyone she can to gain that position. All you can do is minimize your interaction with her as much as possible. Only speak to her if it's for something like stock/asking for something. Always, ALWAYS, make sure you have another staff witness near you as well as a camera near you watching the interaction. Make sure that witness is someone you can truly trust in the work place (she may of conned a few people into thinking she is God's gift). If she does go and complain to the managers/bosses/supervisiors about you doing xxx at xxx, you have 2 pieces of hard evidence against her, a witness and video footage with said witness seeing the interaction. If she does try to get you on something, she will be done for. Unless she is rooting the bosses.

Wish you luck with this. Don't try any sort of revenge plot with the others. If they do, try and convince them not to or stay completely away from it, it'll get you into worse trouble. Stick your nose down, stay quiet and soon enough, she'll either lose interest in the job (shes 17, she will) or be fired for complaining about every little tiny thing.

Oh, and to me, she sounds like a little princess how believes she has all the right to work there and complain about the smallest thing. That T-Shirt of yours, I have it as well, and people get a great laugh out of it.

As a female myself, I can say that little brat child teenager is full of B.S.! I've worked in a number of different settings and there is a clear difference between sexual harassment and just being a little snot causing trouble. Hell, one of the higher-ups at a law office I worked at was prone to sometimes making somewhat off-color jokes often in front of female employees. Some took offense (though never enough to strike up some BS sexual harassment claim), while I thought his jokes were funny. Of course I try to keep the stick out of my butt and have a sense of humor.

If that little scumbag child wants to know what sexual harassment is she should come work at my current job (ended up working a convenience store due to economy issues). For some reason people seem to think a convenience store is synonymous with a brothel. I don't know how many drunk morons I've had come into the store and tell me in graphic detail what they'd like to do to me. >.> That's sexual harassment. Of course I promptly order said drunk imbeciles to leave the store and call the cops if they won't.

Just make sure to write down everything that happens from here on out, times/dates and all that. If your boss has someone over him/her I'd talk to them as well about the situation and how many reports this girl is making about a number of employees all who have good standing.

Just gather up some fellow employee's and walk up to your boss demanding that she should be looked into or just take bigger steps all together if more people are experiencing this issue with her.
