[A] <Aeternus> 6/7 HC 10 man on Dragonblight EU now recruiting for 4.3 and beyond!

We are a semi-hardcore 10 man raiding guild. Currently we are looking for a fresh blood to fill out the ranks and provide for a flexible set up.
Our aims are to be the best at what we do. We strife to give competition to the other guilds on this server. But most importantly, we just want to have fun during raids and outside of raids.
We try to keep our roster as small as possible. This however means that everybody needs to be able to at least raid 3 out of these 4 days.
Gear:
Gear is not as important as most people say it is. We prefer skilled and experienced people. As the saying goes: Gear can be obtained easily, skills and experience not.
However, this does not mean you can expect to get invited wearing greens and pvp crap. What we look for when checking gear is the knowledge of how to gem/reforge and to see how much effort you put into gearing.
Personality:
We look for people that fit into the guild. Dramaqueens, loot!@#$%s and QQ-emo-kids are not what we want. We want fun people, people who like staying around and like to sit on vent and chat.
Alts and raiding:
We try to organise as many alt raids as we can on the off-days. We value alts highly. Mainly because it allows for a smaller roster when people are able to log an alt and make that one boss-fight that much easier. Besides that, alts are wickedly cool!
