i cannot find out how to move/remove this addon.

Not an addon, it's the default blizzard's holy power bar. Use any combo point/holy power addon to get rid of this one. Personally, I use Shadowed Unit Frames and I have it hidden.

I go with the standard MoveAnything. Literally does as it says - allows me to move anything anywhere I want it.

I setup my UI just like spartanui used to be setup, through that mod, bartender, and others.

if you use CLCret or w/e it could be from that. While I was playing my pally I had 2 of those things shown 1 from normal and 1 from CLCret, disabled it and it went away.

CLCret shows a thing like that right on top of your character, but you can turn it off.

What everyone said - the standard Blizz HP UI. A lot of addons show it like that (CLCret and Stuf come to mind).
