I have it for my static, where the bard plays Wardens when I need it. That and I occasionally get it from healers/bards who thank me for reminding them.
Mine is only 3 lines. There are ones that count down with full sound effects, and that's obnoxious.
I've seen threads on reddit where people get really salty over it, and I just don't get it. The macros there to let you know I'm pacified. I promise you I don't mind if you want to keep on DPSing - and will generally accept that as the default. But if you have nothing else going on, or a bard and can fit it in an OGCD, or there's a tank swap mechanic, feel free to throw me a bone.
That just doesn't look quite as nice in a /p macro though.

Well you either have a macro that counts down or dispelling you is wasted effort due to the sum of the delays mentioned above.
I need to know the exact second you will get the debuff so I can precast the dispel.
Used (skill name)
Pacified in 5
Pacified in 1
Would be the most helpful, not sure whether it's possible to be that precise though, considering server lag.
Speaking of sound macros: I always cringe when tanks count down from 20 on a pull and cycle through all available sound effects.
Started replaying FF5 and the second boss in the canal is that thing in satasha HM right down to the bloody tail screw knocking you down to 5hp. I completely forget they have used bosses from 5.
