Almost constantly, the only time I don't listen to music is when I'm watching movies/tv or playing a story driven RPG.

At home never. I do use my iPhone in public transportation though, overall that makes it around 4-5 hours a week.

All the time, if I am streaming torrents or raiding music goes onto my stereo.

Depends. Most days its a few times a day. But if I've been in school teaching music or been practising music I rather try not to listen during the day.

Once or twice a day, I read a lot and tend to find music disturbs my concentration.

Quite a lot during the days I am off work. Even on work-days I spend the drive in and back home jamming to music in my car, and I'll pick up a few tunes once I get back home and listen to them in-background while playing WoW.

During farm bosses il listen to both vent and music
If i can't sleep at night, music!.Priest? What do you mean i'm a priest?
I have dots, a pet and i can turn into a dark purple form with wings, i'm obviously a warlock!

8-9 hours a day at work.
Numerous times when at home, especially if I'm reading or playing single player games.
When I raided I would have it on in the background during raids too.

Pretty much all the time
In the shower in the morning, when going from A to B (work, school, friends, home), @ school too when studying at the library, and when I get home the computer is on all the time, logged on Spotify throwing tunes out til I go to bed :]
