I can't add a console persona to my ea account

Ok, I've been having trouble trying to link my Xbox Live persona to my ea account. There's the section where It says console persona's, and there's no option to add one. I've looked at every setting and I've tired google, and there's NOTHING that works. How do I add my Xbox Live account!?!?!?
