my pc freezes for like 10 seconds. I can't move my mouse or anything. Only happens when I first visit the site after a restart or shutdown of my pc.
I'm using chrome.
There has been some issues with Chrome in the past, but I'm not sure whether they have been properly addressed or not. I'd advise you to head over to Suggestions and Feedback to get the admins attention and a more up-to-date answer regarding the matter.
What you could potentially do on your end is reinstall Chrome, reinstall any plugin, update drivers, run repair and cleaner tools, etc. You could potentially swap over to another browser; like Firefox or Opera.
