So when is all the new stuff coming out?

I know people say there is always something new that is coming out for computers. So people say just start building now or you will never get to building a computer. But at this current moment there are so many new things coming out within the next few months and I don't know what is worth and not worth waiting for. Also I all this info is spread across many different threads and its hard to find it all. So I have a few questions:

When is it speculated to come out?
Is it worth waiting for?
How will the price be different for the current models?
Will this new item have a good upgrade path/longevity?
