4.3 S11 Armor sets?

So a while back we got some previews (bad ass looking sets I might add) on armor sets that were supposedly datamined from PTRs. Is there any confirmation on this at the moment? If so, can we see some stats?

Except for the paladin set, they do look uninspired. The paladin set, of course, looks better than pretty much any other set in the game except maybe Warrior S3.

I'm wondering why they abandoned the current design scheme. Both WotLK and apparently up to now, they were operating on the idea of starting with a base set in the first season of the expansion and "evolving" it with each season. But here they've apparently just thrown that out the window and gone for "whatever the hell we felt like doing."

Indeed. I was kind of looking forward to some of the current sets getting "finished." All of those sets look terrible, though the Paladin one would probably be the best set in the game if both shoulders had feathers, there were no dragon wings, and that pointless horn wasn't there.
