arms pvp macro setup. - help!

heya. i am arms warrior.
and i love doing pvp. and arenas and so on...

i dont know what macros to use. i got none... ive played since pre-tbc and i never used them...
but now i wanna do.

can someon come up with some nice arms warrior macros plz? (some macros to pwn dmg
