Change gear colour

I read that it's possible to change colour on your gear in RIFT. Is it possible? And if so, where and how do you do it? Are there many colours available (pink for example )?

There are vendors in Meridian and Sanctum that are called actually " Dye vendors". The shop has some colors but the rest you can find from Apothecary profession like ( pink,black,white etc).
