About us:
EX, is a 6 year old 25 man guild, having cleared all T11 and 12 content. We are opening our doors to new applicants to build upon this progress and secure a strong ranking in 4.3. We currently sit at 7/7 hc bosses killed (Ragnaros 10 man)and 1/8 in heroic mode Dragon Soul.
We are a hardcore PvE guild so the expectation is that you will prioritize raiding over other in-game activities. We are a 25man guild and took Realm First! Sinestra, (on Bladefist) in Cata so far, in WOTLK took Realm First! Deaths Demise, (on Bladefist) and Realm First! Grand Crusader.(on Grim Batol, world 28th)

Firelands: 7/7 HC (Rag hc on 10 man) Dragon Soul 3/8 HC

1x Resto Druid
1x Elemental Shaman
1x Rogue
1x Warrior/Paladin tank
If you are an exceptional player we will find an opening for you in every class and spec, with that said, some classes are better stocked than others and competition will be fierce for certain spots.
Your gear level is a secondary consideration to factors such as dedication, skill and a detailed knowledge of your class. So if you are lacking heroic raid epics, you still have a good chance of being accepted on your personal merits, correctly gemmed and enchanted blues are much better than neglected epics.
We have high expectations of our raiders so I won't list the common sense rules about how to prepare for a raid, if you are a good player you will be doing these things already.
We do rated bgs, normal bgs, arena and world pvp regularly, along with alt raids and old content for transmo gear at any given time, outside raid hours.
You should be able to attend 3 of the main raids a week consistently.
